First map, q3w2, we made a really good start. Blackend immediately took their flag, and I was around to guard him until we got to our base, 1-0. But the X-Blasters weren't ready to surrender yet, as they quickly capped 2 times after each other, 1-2. This was a difficult situation for us, but with better pings and some more power we could make some more caps (Blackend making the most important caps & giving great support). And the match ended 6-3, a fair result, and we were happy to immediately receive the first points of the season.

The 2nd map, q3w3, I stayed in defense with Kaine. Kaine played real good here, defense with him was easy, he only got killed 2 times throughout the match. Our attackers, 2slow4u and Blackend, were perfectly guarded by Blade (ok, he just jumped & spawned before the enemies to stop them but hey...that's his job) and we got cap after cap. At the end I even had the opportunity to catch a powerup and also make a cap. The X-Blasters deserved at least a cap here, but that's how the game goes in CTF, if you always have to return & defend, then it's very hard to make a cap.
