	Competition :	Barrysworld Quake 3 CTF League

Introduction :

An important war this one, if we lost it we would end up most certainly at the relegation positions of the league. In the other case, we would be in the first half of the league. Opponent was ABC from Finland, who played 2-3 and 2-1 against LQF before, so we trained massively during the week-end for this game...

During the game Daggie was always crashing, he could only play in the 2nd half of the 2nd map.

MAP 1 : DX 14 - 1 ABC Q3W3
Unbelievable, even with 4 against 5 we played a true perfect game with perfect teamplay and tactics ! ABC lost control from the first minute and could only walk around not knowing who to shoot first... on the important moments we just strafejumped so fast that they couldn\'t catch us anyway. Morpheus did a very good job defending, altough he had problems with his mouse. Softie played a difficult game on the midfield, most of the time outnumbered by ABC guys, but he also did quite well. 2slow4u and I just played perfectly : very fast running, very good powerup timing, lucky sometimes but overall very good...

MAP 2 : DX 8 - 4 ABC Q3WCP1
Strange game, ABC managed to wrap up some good defense and that showed off, we could "only" make 8 captures. I still don't get it why they were able to get our flag to their base 4 times. Yeah, they were lucky sometimes. Maybe it's also because Morph was really having mouse troubles but I think we have to check our tactics for this map again.... B.T.W. : very nice game from Softie this time... GG ABC, thx for the war !
